"Jesse is the best realtor to work with. My house search process started out strong in February 2021. I had many realtors reach out to me. I searched online for a good realtor, and Jesse came up. I decided to give him a try. When we toured the first house together, Jesse was fully prepared and gave me step by step details on the house buying process. The first half of 2021 was a hot seller's market. Jesse helped me tour many homes and helped write up many contracts. I finally got one contract accepted in April 2021. When it came down for loan financing, I was turned down by different lenders. I was off the market for a month, until some updates came on loan financing for certain types of loans May and June 2021. Jesse helped write up a contract for a home I looked at a while back that was on market, but was taken off, and back on market. My contract got accepted. However, loan financing was a big hurdle as many lenders had overlays on their financing. Finally found one lender without overlays. It was a long process again for financing, but finally made through it. I finally closed in on my home purchase yesterday. Jesse was a big part of that reason. Where other lenders would have given up, Jesse worked hard to make sure that I, as his client, was always receiving the best help and service, and Jesse did just that. I learned a lot from Jesse and I do not think I could have fully closed in on my home purchase without his help and expertise.
